Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy can help you recover from injury and as a part of your injury prevention strategy. It contributes to keeping the body in a good condition, aiding mobility, improving circulation, and boosting performance.

Deep Tissue Massage

Duration: 45 Minutes

Different types of massage techniques can help mobilise your muscles, break down scar tissue, and speed up healing. Some of these techniques include myofascial release, trigger point massage, deep transverse frictions, muscle energy techniques, positional release, and deep tissue massage. We use a combination of techniques to help manage pain and muscle spasms, improve flexibility, sleep, circulation, and mood. 

Strength and Conditioning

Strong, healthy muscles support healthy, pain-free joints. And it’s never too late to start. Strengthening and conditioning exercises can be hugely helpful in improving your function and quality of movement. They also help prevent further injury.

Rehabilitation/Injury Prevention

Biomechanics assessment

Duration: 45 Minutes
Cost: £60 per session

Sometimes we simply don’t know what’s causing us pain. It could be the way we’re walking, running, sitting, or lifting. A biomechanical assessment analyses the way you’re moving so we can pinpoint the root cause of your pain. We’ll look at the position of all of your joints, and observe how you walk and run.

Running Workshops

Duration: 45 Minutes
Cost: £42 per session

The workshop is designed to help you optimise your running journey. A session filled with education on how to structure your running plans to allow for strength training, understanding common running injuries and how we can avoid these. As well as a practical introduction to Strength and Conditioning and Pilates for runners. perfect for anyone new to running, struggling with running injuries, reached a plateau in running or signed up for an event.

Our classes are designed with you in mind. We use a range of the best training styles and techniques to help you achieve your goals and enjoy it along the way. All class sizes are limited to 6 so we can give everyone high levels of attention and support in perfecting your technique.


Each class lasts for 45 minutes. We’ll perform a series of strength training exercises, using a combination of resistance equipment and body weight.
